Artificial Intelligence that fits your business, not the other way round

We design and deploy machine learning systems for mid-sized companies across England. No generic chatbots. No vague "AI strategy" decks. You get working software that processes your data and saves your team hours every week.

What we actually build

Each project starts from your data, not from a template. Here are the categories most of our work falls into.

Document intelligence

We train models that read invoices, contracts, and compliance forms in seconds. One logistics client cut manual data entry by 82% within three months. The system extracts fields, flags anomalies, and pushes structured data straight into your ERP.

Predictive analytics

Demand forecasting, churn prediction, maintenance scheduling: pick the question and we build the model. We work with time-series data, tabular records, and event logs. Most clients see a measurable ROI within the first quarter after go-live.

Computer vision

Quality inspection on production lines, shelf-stock monitoring in retail, vehicle counting on construction sites. We handle everything from camera selection to model training to edge deployment on NVIDIA Jetson or equivalent hardware.

Data engineering and pipelines

A model is only as reliable as the data feeding it. We build extraction, transformation, and loading pipelines on cloud or on-premises infrastructure. Airflow, dbt, Spark: we use whatever fits your stack and your budget.

Natural language processing

Sentiment analysis on customer reviews, automatic ticket routing for support teams, internal knowledge search over thousands of PDF manuals. We fine-tune open-source LLMs so your data never leaves your infrastructure if that matters to you.

Four steps from messy data to a working system

We keep things linear on purpose. Scope creep kills AI projects faster than bad data.

Scoping call

A 45-minute video call where we look at your data sources, define the business question, and agree on a success metric. No charge.

Proof of concept

Two to three weeks. We build a minimal model on a sample of your data and show you accuracy, latency, and cost numbers.

Production build

Four to eight weeks depending on integration complexity. Includes monitoring dashboards, automated retraining, and documentation.

Ongoing support

Monthly retainer or pay-per-incident. We monitor model drift, retrain on fresh data, and handle infrastructure patches.

Outcomes we can point to

Real projects, anonymised where clients asked us to.

Automated parcel sorting in a warehouse

Parcel routing for a Midlands logistics firm

37% fewer mis-routes

We trained a classification model on 14 months of scan data. The system now predicts the correct destination chute before the barcode scanner even fires, reducing manual corrections from around 1,200 per day to under 750.

Shelf-mounted camera monitoring stock levels

Shelf-gap detection for a grocery chain

£140k annual waste reduction

Cameras mounted on shelf edges feed images to a lightweight object-detection model running on in-store edge devices. Store managers receive alerts within 90 seconds of a gap appearing, and replenishment times dropped by 28%.

Questions we hear often

It depends on the task. For tabular predictions like churn or demand, a few thousand rows with consistent labels is usually enough to build a useful proof of concept. Computer vision tasks need more: typically 500 to 2,000 annotated images per class. We assess this during the free scoping call and will tell you honestly if the data is not there yet.

Yes. Most of our clients are in England, but we have active projects in Scotland and Wales. Remote collaboration works well for data-heavy projects. If on-site visits are needed for hardware installation (cameras, edge devices), we arrange those on a per-trip basis.

A proof of concept usually runs between £8,000 and £15,000. Full production builds range from £25,000 to £80,000 depending on integration depth, data volume, and whether edge hardware is involved. We quote fixed prices after the scoping call, not day rates.

We deploy on AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure. If you already have infrastructure, we build within it. If you are starting from scratch, we recommend the provider that best fits your workload and budget. We also support on-premises deployments for clients with strict data residency requirements.

You do. Every line of code, every trained model weight, every pipeline configuration file belongs to you at project completion. We retain no licence to your data or outputs. The contract spells this out clearly.

All production deployments include drift monitoring. When accuracy drops below an agreed threshold, the system triggers an alert and we retrain on the latest data. Clients on a support retainer get this automatically. Others can request it on an ad-hoc basis.
